ESRI add-in file.

A .esriAddIn file is a compressed file containing the definition of an add-in (or application extension) for ESRI ArcGIS.

These .esriAddIn files can be created using any development environment supported by the ESRI ArcObjects Developer Kit.

The file can be treated as a zipped file (cf .zip) to see its contents.
