The .user file contains options for a Visual Studio Visual Basic (VB) or C# project. The file will be named:
project.csproj.userfor a C# project. project.vbproj.userfor a VB project. where project is the name of the project and there will be an accompanying
project.csprojorproject.vbprojfile.
