1. Perl Module file. A Perl module file is normally a component within a larger Perl application.

The contents of a Perl module file can be viewed and edited using a standard text editor.

2. Pegasus mail file.

The file "HIERARCHY.PM" holds the mailbox directory structure.

The file "PASSWD.PM" stores passwords.
