1. Subject To Change. STC is used to indicate that any information provided is subject to change. Normally used when referring to a part of a document or small document. Similar in meaning to flagging a document or part of a document as "draft".

2. Subject To Collection. Abbreviation used typically when selling or disposing of equipment, to indicate that it has been sold or allocated subject to collection. This implies that should the item not be collected that it may become available again.
