You do not have access to set License options
Symptom:
When trying to run License Manager on the file server, it refuses to run, popping up a message box with the error:
You do not have access to set License options
Cause:
The only time this has been observed was after someone had tinkered with the registry and changed the access permissions on part of the registry. Although it is possible that a non-administrator account is being used.
Remedy:

Confirm that the account used is a member of the local administrators group. (Domain Admins normally are.)

Check the permissions on the registry key ‘
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SYSTEM\ CurrentControlSet\ Services\ LicenseInfo
’. The permissions on this key (and subsequent keys) should be set to:
Administrators Full Control CREATOR OWNER Full Control Everyone Read Server Operators Special Access [/]
Query Value [/]
Set Value [/]
Create Subkey [/]
Enumerate Subkeys [/]
Notify [ ]
Create Link [/]
Delete [ ]
Write DAC [ ]
Write Owner [/]
Read Control SYSTEM Full Control
