.opt

Microsoft Visual Studio file. Holds working workspace configuration information, such as current window and breakpoint positions. This file can be safely deleted and will be recreated on demand, but with the resultant loss of some information, such as breakpoint positions etc.

Can you add to this? Do you know of any applications not already listed which will work with .opt files, view .opt files or open .opt files?
