1. Trust license file.

Trust license files (.tlic) are used as part of ClickOnce manifest generation. They specify a trust license which is included as part of a manifest.

2. Thinstuff XP/VS server license file.

A .tlic file is a Thinsstuff XP/VP server license file. It is normally named according to the convention:

license_serial-number.tlic

Where "serial-number" is the serial number of the license. The server license allows a number of simultaneous remote desktop connections to a server on which Thinstuff XP/VS server is installed.
