Microsoft Excel toolbar (customisations) file.

Microsoft Excel uses a single file to store toolbar information (including custom toolbars), the name of this file varies according to the version of Excel being used:

Excel Version	File name
Excel 2003	Excel11.xlb
Excel 2002	Excel10.xlb
Excel 2000	Excel.xlb
Excel 97	Excel8.xlb
Excel 95	Excel5.xlb

.xlb files are used in versions of Excel up to and including Excel 2003. .xlb files are not used by later versions of Microsoft Excel.

This file is normally hidden.
